What this website collects

Only what you send through the contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), project type, your message and any files you attach. No other personal data is collected through this website.

Why

Your details are used only to answer your enquiry and, if we decide to work together, for the correspondence about that project. The legal basis is your consent and the steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

How it is handled

The contact form sends your message to me by email. Attached files are delivered with that email and are then removed from the web server; they are not stored on the website. Your details are not shared with third parties and are not used for marketing.

How long

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them, and project correspondence for as long as the law requires for business records.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. It may set one functional cookie to remember the language you chose.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, at any time — contact me using the details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
